올해로 30주년을 맞은 「통상법률」은 1995년 창간된 이래 국제통상법뿐만 아니라 국제거래법, 국제투자법 및 국제사법 등 폭넓은 영역을 다루어온 전문 학술지입니다.

2006년에는 정부 부처 발간 학술지 중 최초로 '등재학술지'에 선정되었으며, 현재까지도 그 위상을 공고히 하고 있습니다.

국제법무국에서는 통상법 발전에 관심 있는 교수님 또는 학생분들의 투고를 독려하여 국내 통상법 연구의 발전을 더욱 도모하고자 합니다.

Hello, this is International Legal Policy Division of the Ministry of Justice.

With the launch of the WTO, we have been publishing 'International Trade Law,' a quarterly journal released in February, May, August, and November since 1995, which proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

It became the first government journal to be listed in the KCI in 2006 and covers a wide range of areas, including international trade law, international investment law, and private international law.

Our division aims to advance research in commercial law by encouraging professors and students to contribute manuscripts to the journal
