2024년도「통상법률」논문 모집 안내

안녕하십니까, 법무부 국제법무정책과입니다.

법무부 국제법무국은 1년에 4회(2, 5, 8, 11월) 전문학술지「통상법률」을 발간합니다.

「통상법률」은 1995년 창간된 이래 국제통상법뿐만 아니라 국제거래법, 국제투자법 및 국제사법 등 폭넓은 영역을 다루어온 전문 학술지입니다.

2006년에는 정부 부처 발간 학술지 중 최초로 '등재학술지'에 선정되었으며, 현재까지도 그 위상을 공고히 하고 있습니다.

국제법무국에서는 통상법 발전에 관심 있는 교수님 또는 학생분들의 투고를 독려하여 국내 통상법 연구의 발전을 더욱 도모하고자 합니다.

발간 일정 및 원고 작성 규정을 첨부해드리오니 관심 있는 분들의 많은 투고 부탁드립니다.

Hello, this is International Legal Policy Division of the Ministry of Justice.

With the launch of WTO, we have published "International Trade Law," a quarterly journal published in February, May, August, and November since 1995.

It is the first government journal listed in the KCI in 2006 and deals with a wide ranges of areas, including international transaction law, international investment law, and private international law.

Our division would like to develop commercial law research by encouraging professors and students to submit manuscripts for the journal.
